A kick off ( for a very lazy woman: ME)

I must say this is really a kick off. Recently I was so lazy - May be all the words "English words"escaped from my mind!! Beside travel can not be done frequently (Remember I am a retiree??) so I better will post some of my daily cooking, some special meals for special occasions and got to recall my memory about some of my last trips.

One day my daughter rang me and said her hubby watched a travel show on TV, and the traveller/host in the show went to Viet Nam and one of the meals he ate was Bánh xèo (Sizzling pancake) ."Can you make it Mum?" - And here the Bánh xèo:


Bánh xèo is good when eat with lots of herb, Salad and of course, a good dipping fish sauce

From the way my son in law enjoyed his pancake, you can judge how good the dish was :D

Oh well, STOP talking about " what will we eat next week, Mum? "
